Stuffed Jalapeño Peppers

Also on vacation: jalapeño peppers, stuffed with a mixture of cream cheese, cheddar, bacon and cilantro, cooked on the grill in this cute little holder until roasty. Mmmmmmm, watch out they've got a kick.
